The Folklore's November 2019 Playlist

In the time between the first days of autumn and the winter holidays, we've become a little more introspective. Blame it on the low New York City temps or the increasing opportunities to stop and think in solitude. Admittedly caught in our feelings and contemplating the new luxury African designer brands we're set to add to our collection, we've curated a November playlist that features hip-hop, R&B, and Afrobeat tracks that are moody, cerebral, genre-bending and guaranteed to get you caught in yours too.

Listen to new work from everyone's favorite confessional songwriter Frank Ocean, who entrances listeners on the experimental "DHL," reflections on lost loves of summer with Juls and Burna Boy in"Gwan," and a case for unconditional love from Vince Staples in "Yo Love," a single from the new album Queen & Slim: The Soundtrack, the official soundtrack to the Melina Matsoukas-directed film of the same name.

The Folklore's November 2019 playlist features 25 tracks from artists including Syd, Tei Shi, Burna Boy, Greentea Peng, Rosalía, Spencer., Santi, BROCKHAMPTON, Billy Lemos and more. Unwind and listen to creatives around the globe reconcile their emotions and find joy amidst seasonal blues.
