Community & Partnerships Manager - FT
Location: United States (Occasional travel & on location work required)

Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Conceptualize ideas for potential strategic partnerships that could lead to membership growth and increased sales revenue.
- Conceptualize ideas for potential strategic partnerships that could provide resources and support to our existing members.
- Reach out to prospective partners, create pitch briefs, and pitch and sign partners
- Oversee the project management and execution of all strategic partnerships.
Community Development
- Engage in WhatsApp community channel and find ways to increase engagement in this channel
- Develop community initiatives that will strengthen opportunities for our brands to connect with on another
- Develop community ambassadors and provide guidance for them to best represent the brand.
Events
- Conceptualize and execute on in person and digital brand community events for existing members and to solicit potential members
- End to end project management of all event logistics including finding locations, staff, and any materials needed.
- Source potential sponsors and partners for in person and digital events.
- Be on site at key events to oversee smooth running of the show.

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a community or partnership role
- 2+ years of startup or small business experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of pitching partners and closing deals
- Experience in the retail, fashion, or design industries
